Now paul keep is leaving in like 2 weeks! It hasn't fully hit the both of us yet, I am so excited for this opportunity, but it will be so hard! We finished finals! YAY! and they were Paul Keeps last final's! it is so exciting that he holds a bachelor's degree now! He will never have homework again! yay! Although he does want to get his master's, but we aren't thinking about that right now. haha..

I am on break from school and work! You gotta love working in the school system it's amazing! I can just recoup from it all. I got good grades again so that's exciting. We are waiting to hear from paul keep's, but i'm sure he did wonderful! But who cares cz he's graduated!! We have gone to see lights like 3 times SLC river woods mall and just driving around the neighborhood. I love to see lights. WE have been watching movies galore! and we bought each other Christmas gifts which is the first time we have done that married! its very exciting! I love Christmas, the wonderful spirit you get from the season and the happiness that comes during the holiday. It's wonderful I will be making gluten free cookies and such! probably another gluten free pie. I am good at that. And Of course later pictures of us snowboarding! so fun!

So we have had a great thanksgiving.. All of my pictures got erased :( but we had it with my sister and her friends. It was gluten free style. Stuffing gravy turkey mashed potatoes rolls all gluten free! so delicious!

IT was also my niece tori's birthday so we celebrated that as well. I wish I had pictures.. oh and also this is well known but I got my hair dyed chocolate brown. Everyone asks me why I did it and I am not really sure why.. I just did who knows. Just something I always thought I'd might like to do so I did it.

Interview

Today Paul Keep had his interview for the internship! He said it went very well and it was by far his best interview! But he is worried about the competition. Everything will work out how it is suppose to so we will definitely keep you up with the details! He was so handsome in his suit today! But it is funny how his came out with a red face and white around his eyes. He looked like a badly beaten raccoon. Haha. Good news he said someone was talking to him before he went into the interview so he went in red. Haha I said ooh good good hahaha.. But we will see!!

P.s I was gonna take a picture of him in his handsome suit, but I don't know where my memory card for my camera went.. BUT in due time I will get one

Thanksgiving this year should be fun! It is coming up so soon I will definitely post our thanksgiving adventures.

Happy Halloween!!

This Halloween has been an eventful one! Already we have gone to corn mazes, haunted houses and carved pumpkins and made caramel apples and popcorn with friends!

It has been way fun! Tonight we are going to nightmare on 13th! It is one of the best Halloween haunted houses in the Nation! We are really trying to do a lot before we move and also before Paul keep leaves!

It will definitely be the hardest thing when he is gone. He meets with the internship adviser on Monday. I am planning on having my friend Chelsy stay with me. Also I am going back to full time to fill up some free time. So it'll be good for money and my insanity.

But anyways Chelsy is graduating in April too but from BYU so when Paul Keep gets back it will be perfect because she will have already graduated and will be moving to California, or something.. but even still it will be great to have someone here with me.

I never thought that me and Paul Keep would ever be apart from each other this long, but the quote, "what would you do if you weren't afraid" is really stickin to me. I know that this is an amazing opportunity and everything that scares you just makes you a stronger person!!

Speaking of scaring.. I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT NIGHTMARE ON 13TH!!

Graduation Information!

We are so excited to graduate with our bachelor degrees! We really have worked hard and can't believe the day is finally here. We hope to be able to celebrate this special day with loved ones.

We are planning on moving closer to home now that we are done with our schooling! We will try to plan a get together to celebrate this exciting milestone in our lives!

Here is some information to help you learn about how the graduation will work. I will be graduating in Psychology with emphasis in Counseling and Paul Keep is graduating in Communications emphasis in Marketing and PR.

*We will be having a small reception at Vineyard Park here in Utah

Here is some additional information. We hope this information is helpful to you!

So basically..

UVU holds one graduation celebration a year at the end of Spring Semester This year it is April 26-27, 2012). There are two types of graduation ceremonies; commencement and convocation (explained below).

Commencement Thursday April 26th is the main ceremony where all graduates will meet together to participate in the formal processional. The President of UVU, Honorary Degree recipient(s), and a Valedictorian will speak.

CONVOCATION Friday April 27th UVU is divided into different colleges/schools. Students are assigned to a college/school according to their major. Each college/school holds their own ceremony which is called a convocation. During the convocation, the students will be recognized individually. A representative of the college/school will read each student's name, degree, and major as the student walks across the stage.

COST OF ATTENDING/PARTICIPATING

There is no cost to attend commencement and/or convocation. Parking is located in the UCCU Events Center parking lot. Due to limited seating and space, guests must remain in guest seating and will not be allowed in the graduate line-up or seating areas. In order to reduce the amount of distraction during this important event, the attendance of small children and babies is strongly discouraged. Please contact the student/graduate to verify the times and locations of the ceremonies in which they are participating.

Possible Internship

So as we were doing homework a couple nights ago, I got an email from my Professor about an internship. Usually I just delete these emails, but this one was different. It was in D.C. and it's a marketing internship. It is the perfect experience for me, but there is one problem. Ruthie and I don't like being apart. Well after some careful self-reflection we decided we can handle a little separation anxiety and this will be a great opportunity. So I am going to apply and we'll see what happens. The company is Policy Impact Communications. They do a lot of lobbying, but I will be working in their marketing department.

Other than that, there hasn't been too much exciting news. We have found an amazing place to eat! It's called the State Street Grill. They have the best cheeseburgers, fries, and bacon on the planet. The fries are so fresh that when you order them they are still in form of a potato.

And the bacon is apparently the only honey cured bacon in Utah. I don't know what that means other than it's delicious. We've been there three times already because we have a tendency to get obsessed with things.

Last Friday, we went to a haunted house. It was actually a haunted circus, and it was called The Strangling Brother's Haunted Circus: The Scariest Show on Earth.

According to the Strangling Brother's the clowns humor had run cold they were now feeding off of fear. So we gave it a try and it was awesome. Ruthie was hiding behind me the entire time, with her friend Courtney, but this only attracted more clowns. We made some new friends named Courtney and Blake. Courtney is just like Ruthie so combined at the haunted house meant more and more clowns. They both screamed the whole time.

Afterwards we went to In and Out and we were up until 2am. It was a good night.

The next morning we went to a Gluten free Expo that I found for Ruthie while listening to a talk radio show (Ruthie thinks its really boring) but I got some good out of it. We were able to buy her so many delicious gluten free rolls, breads and we got coupons and locations of places in the area with gluten free menus. It was a busy but fun weekend.

But we had a great memorial day weekend.. we went down to swiss days and I got a feather in my hair! as well as kettle corn popcorn.. It was fun people were yodeling and all sorts of stuff cool shops it was awesome.. We also made cheeseburgers yumm..

SO! yeah we don't blog as much as we'd like, but I try when I can. Its hard being so busy. But man is it worth it! we have really had an amazing 3 years of marriage. Its great to have such a great relationship and to have your perfect match right there with u to do all the fun things with. We are definitely very strange, but it works for us haha.

So lets think...

July-mainly summer semesters of school I worked at ATEC with special needs summer school program that was fun and easy. Loads of "Hilltrips" as one student would say. We did go down to MD and saw the family Pam and Jeff stopped by Maryland that was fun!! way good! WE tried to go it crabs but we were on a time crunch sadly and couldn't do it. i want to take them out and try crabs! it would be awesome!

Super fun. Paul keep and I went to seven peaks and read the hunger games in between crazy summer semesters. An of course Dale and Diane came down! that was great. We went to a near by waterfall did A LOT of hiking! GO DIANE GO! Haha.. and we went to salt lake the gate way mall saw a movie a science museum and of course a Mexican restaurant! love it!

Aug- WELL Number one...helllooooo anniversary month!!! IT was wonderful. We took it easy and went to the water park all day.. then came home relaxed and got ready to go eat at the park and make some s'mores.. the gluten free graham crackers were a little weird, but the marshmallows and chocolate totally covered up the funk. It was great. We sat out in the park and enjoyed the beautiful stars. It was really fun just being together.. we made some crazy videos that made us laugh and we just talked about fun things. It was great.

Then of course school started up again recently and I went back to work and happily am part time! It is wonderful... I have been working with Amy now for 2 years going on 3 years.. weeirdd! I can't believe it she has been awesome to work under and with all this commotion and experience I decided to stop listening to what people were telling me I couldn't do and stick with my original plan of going into counseling psychology. It's where my heart is. I love working with people with disabilities and will still continue my ASL (sign language), but I just don't want to go into teaching.

This of works out perfectly and I will get my degree this April with Paul Keep! Except I am super sad because since we are graduating in different majors we won't see each other graduate

:( BUT at the same time we are so happy we are walking in April!! Woohoo!!!

I have been studying for the GRE and I am taking it at the end of the month! wish me luck! I am currently looking into Doctorate programs .. I am looking at the schools that have transitional programs which means I will receive a masters, but then transition into a Doctorate all within 5yrs! So that's cool.

This has been my plan forever, but I thought I couldn't tell people because every time I did I would get negative reactions. And yes I will still be having five babies haha. All the professors I spoke to said, students have babies and still do their doctorate.

My dad really helped me gain confidence to ignore people when they try to say I can't do something or shouldn't. I'm smart I'm aware its hard and it will be hard, but it wont stop me because to me, its worth it. And my dad told me "you can do anything you desire and believe it is yours". I believe that.

Paul Keep and I definitely try to make time for friends and fun, but that's hard work because we both worked 40 hr wks and 6 classes which is on average 18 credit hours. It feels great how close we are! we have done it we did and we will continue to work hard for what we want out of life.

I am so excited to go down to Maryland and see my family. It will definitely be a hard trip. I expect crying and laughing, but it will be hard because this is the first time for me that i will be going through something like this. I have had probably 3 heart breaking moments in my life. The first was when Paul Keep was leaving to go to Ohio University 4 hours away it was really hard to know what was going to happen after that.Obviously everything worked out and we couldn't bear being apart. I remember when I use to go with people and do surprise drives up there to see him. The second was when Marybeth and Spencer's baby Elise passed away. I felt more sorrow for them and how hard it must have been, I could never imagine what it must have felt like or how hard that was. The third is my Nana. I have never had someone this close to me and so familiar pass away. It feels so unreal and I don't know how to react to it. I don't want it to be real. But I want to go with the attitude of celebrating life. I am excited that I have the ability to share this with my family and have Paul Keep with me to help me through it.

Of course its always sad to lose a pet, I lost a family cat and my hamster( the hamster was kinda more expected it was way old and should've died 3 years ago haha), but they are all growing experiences. I feel like its a process people need to go through in life. To be able to learn how to cope with death and invite the renewing it gives you. I think that a literal change in body and spirit takes place when you loose I loved one.

MARY ALICE BRAYTON

Mary Alice Brayton, died at age 74 on June 20, 2011 after a brief but valiant struggle with a terminal illness. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Thelma and Edwin Dowling; her brother, Joseph Dowling; and her first born son, Joseph Brayton. Mary Alice leaves behind her beloved husband, Robert (Tony) Brayton and her children Angela Bell of Bowie, MD; Lisa Escobedo of Bowie, MD; Anita (Nina) Lambert of Waldorf, MD; Anthony Brayton of Kent Island, MD; and Thomas Pulliam of Annapolis, MD. Mary Alice adored her 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday July 2, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Saint Edward Catholic Church, 1940 Mitchellville Road, Bowie, MD 20716. So we have been doin alot.. we had paul keeps friend todd visit us that was fun.. we went to the salt lake and antelope island to see the view .. it was pretty and cold! that was like in April I think.. Or march I cant really remember.. they went lazer tagging and had some fun adventures! All of our animals died now so we have no more ..we feel like empty nesters! haha.. life is good to us.. so i am officially not sick anymore..its amazing how when u find out what it is u find out! ya know.. Gluten free thats all I have to do and I wont get sick or have dried up and screwed up intestines haha! Well here is our life.. thusss far! and more to read on the bottom...

Well too much hasn't really changed simce our last post.. its summer soo I am doin some summer school for work and we are both enrolled in summer courses.. Two of our freinds have moved.. so thats four becaue they were married.. way sad.. :( Jake cody selena and Russ.. but we will be freinds forever and we will always keep intouch because thats how we roll.. My sister is still in town we went to the pool with them the other day in Sandy at my friend Heather's house. .that was good.. the other night I have another friend Chelsy I met her lover boy Eric that was good. and I am gonna babysit my sisters girls tonight.. I also have a little girl in our sunday school class who is moving to texas so i am throwing a good bye party. We have summer finals this coming week and then we will have 3 days before the next summer classes.. then PAUL KEEP WILL BE DONE AND WILL GRADUATE THIS APRIL!!! we are soo excited I have been lokoing at all sorts of invitations.. We will have a small celebration with freinds out here and we understand that no one will be coming to see the graduation ceremony.. I will also be graduating in April!! it will be amazing!! We both will have our bachelors. Paul Keep in Communication with Emphasis in PR and me with a Behavioral Science emphasis in Counseling..so yes!! whoop whoop! It will be a tough year trying to focus with all this excitement and an amazing last year in UTAH! we will miss marybeth and tori and josie and I GUESSSSS spencerrr.... no just kidding the whole family.. but we have a year so I have time haha.. one more birthday one more of every holiday... Well we love you all and we hope that life is good for everyone and best wishes Kimie!!! your beautiful and im sad i can't be there for the wedding! I will continue trying to update and keep everyone informed.. it is definitely tough.. haha we are busier than you can imagine haha..

Arizona Vacay-N-Paul Keep BDay!

So we have had A lot happen since the last post. It is crazy how fast life has flown by this year. My work really was tough this year and I can't believe how quickly time flew by. Paul Keep is probably the most hardworking man a live. He does so much and he really knows how to keep busy. WE went down to Arizona!!! so fun we were visiting some freinds of ours. Russ and Selena!! and baby Bryn in her tummy. it was fun we met the fam and relaxed by the pool for liek 5 seconds then we had an explosion of fun one right after another. Selena knows how to knock you out for sure! we horse back rode..water park extravaganza..dune buggie adventures..movie theater style forensic files peacock farm all in one day haha! then sunday to rest.. and the ride home was beautiful..we celebrated paul keeps birthday at the grand canyon and enjoyed the view.. we stopped by in Colorado City... (the palgimists) ..It was amazing.. We also go him this new smart phone becasue his teacher said that he needed to invest in a smart phone.. soooo we did!... im not ready for that yet.. too much techology..

Just when we thought our schedules couldn't get more packed school picked up for mid-terms, Paul keep got an internship at OrangSoda marketing and then he got a job there too. Very exciting! But very busy. So now Paul Keep is distributing newspapers, doing an internship, part-time custodial working, part-time marketing and full-time school. Man is he busy!

Sadly, I was too busy to write on my birthday month, but it was amazing. It was small and sweet, but it was perfect and just what I needed to start out my 22nd year. It started out with wonderful migas and bacon-not to mention gluten-free-and it was amazing. From my dearest wonderfulest husband. I love him :) then I went to work and when I got home I came in to a tidied house walked into the kitchen to a beautiful assortment of flowers, gluten-free funfetti cupcakes-my absolute favorite.

There was 22 of them all with one candle and rainbow chip frosting. YUM! and next to that was a decorated home-made card and when I opened it up out fell two tickets to see a movie and gluten restaurant ideas. I was so excited! He planned out my birthday night! We picked the parlor where we have never been before, but now we seem to go all the time. I had a gluten-free pepperoni pizza. mmmmmm, mmm. It was delicious! We haven't talked in so long, it was wonderful to just sit there and chat. Amongst the chatting he surprised me with an already scheduled with a hour long massage appointment at my favorite spa. This is the most thoughtful sweetest husband I could have ever asked for. To plan such a wonderful day and to take the time to do so tells me he loves me. It was my first gluten-free birthday. I was stressed and worried, and he knew that so he made it wonderful. I love him.

Valentine's day was a romantic getaway. we curled up on the bed in sweat pants at pizza and just talked. It is always nice to spend that small amount of time and just talk. We wrote each other love notes then we went on a walk and left our cell phones behind. It is our favorite thing to do. Happy Valentine's day to us haha.

Other than that we really haven't been doing too much. Just work and school and school.

It has been awhile since our last update. We've got a lot to cover so here's the rundown.

Thanksgiving

So we ended up visiting some new family in Utah that is a lot like old family in Maryland. Crazy people doing crazy things. It was great! It was cool getting to know everyone. We will have to visit again soon.

Finals

We made it through our fall semester and we did pretty good. Neither one of us will ever have to open an algebra book again! Woo Hoo!

Christmas

We flew down to Ohio for a week of fun, presents and vomiting. We were able to see a lot of family and visit a bunch. It was nice. We played with Lillifer and finally met little Jordan. We fiesta with Shaun on his birthday and hung out with all their girls. We also hung out with a bunch of old friends. We left about a week later with a suitcase packed to the exact allowable weight.

Our Current Situation

Now we have started our new semester and we are back at work again. Life couldn't get any busier. I have just started my new internship and it is fun so far. You can all read the articles once they're online. We think we are going to enjoy our classes or at least we hope so. It is official now! my graduation date is Fall 2011!

So there was suppose to be a blizzard last night and all my classes got cancelled!! it was amazing!! there was no blizzard so it was a free day :)

On top of this wonderful news! We are coming to OHIO for CHRISTMAS!! our plane leave at 1:50 on the 21st and then 6am on the 30th!! a total of 8 days! WE are soo excited and so thankful!! Pam got us the tickets and Jeff found us the great deal!.. how wonderful is that!!

WE are SO excited!! HAPPY THANKS GIVING!!

for thanks giving this year, we found out we had relatives out here in UTAH they moved out here in 1979 crazy right! so we are going there for thanksgiving! im excited to meet our family for the first time!

The Keeps are Keepin' Busy

So we haven't posted since we were talking about how excited we were for school to start! What does that tell u!...man we have beeen busy that is for sure..

We are taking an art class and biology class together enjoying every minute of it too! our own group study sessions and critiques! haha..

we have been doin some fun things with friends too going to shows to see our friend perform selena took some amazing pictures u can see them on facebook...

and makin caramel popcorn and of course more recently pumpkin carving! way fun right! soon to come hanuted house Nightmare on 13th and zombie party! my pumpkin is the ghost and witch and paul keeps is the face one

work has been the ultimate stress zone for me. we have this student that is strung like i dunno what she is very violent and just random... we can find some methods to her madness, but we can not figure out how to control it once she gets that way..prevention is really key.. but there are definitely highlights to the insanity haha...

Paul keep and I are just as wonderful as ever... i love him :) .. he has been workin way hard too. graduation is not looking to far away if all his classes are offered every semester and in the summer he is looking at fall 2011 baby!! wooo hhooo!!

oh yeah and uh we so just got a car!!! way fun we got a great deal and its being financed at 3% awesome right! woohooo for new cars!!! its a 2008 kia spectra 7495 baby owchie momma!

other than that... we are in over our heads with homework... and oh my sister mbizzle is totally gonna be rockin down the street from us soon!!! awesome right!! she is moving sunday and will live 5 min away!! that will be fun she is having her baby soon and has one baby tori already!.. her husband spence too of course.. hes funny way demented lol just kidding... maybe not haha anyways... life seems to be good.. work and all... cant wait for school to be over 16 credit hours and 40hr wk days is definitely hard.. i am looking forward to summer school and part time summer school job haha.. i know its barely Christmas and i am looking forward to summer already lol.. the weather here has been beautiful tho thats for sure... the scenery is not as pretty as the east coast, but snow i don't miss it haha.

Anniversary 2010

So wow! We have been married for two years can you believe that!! It's so fun to be able to spend time with someone that you love all the time. This anniversary we didn't have very much money just like our last anniversary!! haha! The money spent for Ohio was way worth it! But OH, how this worked out... it was incredible we decided to make a weekend out of it! A friend of mine called and she was getting season passes for the whole year.. that means getting FREE mini golf,laser tag, batting cages,go karts,waterparks, basketball games, baseball games, rock wall, and 3% off food. For $32.50!! We were like YESS !!! haha soo for our honey moon needless to say we did all of the above! well for the most part. I put the pictures in wrong order so bare with me.

Friday, Paul Keep took off work and we stayed in bed and he woke me up to fresh cantaloupe and watermelon, then cooked me eggs and sausage! so we had breakfast in bed together. After that we just laid there and alphabetized how much we love each other and took a nap. We went jogging and exercised for like an hour n half it was great and beautiful outside! Then we got all dressed and ready ate lunch then drove to go and do laser tag,mini golf, go karts and then a small roller coaster that was surprisingly pretty good! We had a really fun time! I have never done laser tag before and it was a lot of fun. We kept getting attacked by all these little Mexican kids and we lost to "junior" it was this little Mexican girl that i swear was behind every corner! I placed 13 out of 14 and Paul Keep placed 12!! haha Paul Keep was determined he was gonna be the next Bond at Laser Tag. After that we had a coupon for Taco Bell buy one meal get one free, then we went to our favorite park to walk around and talked for hours, came home watched a terrible movie lol then fell asleep. So, the next day we wake up and go to Battle Creek Trails to hike a local Mountain. The hike was fun it was REALLY steep! It was nice because we were able to have rest areas to stop by pretty streams and lakes made by the water fall. It was a pretty scenic trail. The waterfall at the end was absolutely amazing!! It really made the whole trip worth it!

I can't believe it! We will have been married for 2 years tomorrow!! I am soo excited... We were all for going to Arches National Park but we ran out of money somehow,maybe it has to do with not working for a month! haha... but anyways the campsite costs a lot of money and the other ones needed a reservation ANYWAYS it is planned for a later date Sept. 5th ish ... so tomorrow will be an adventure we will be sure and tell you all about it!

But we had a fun hiking trip with my sister Marybeth Spencer and Tori! We went to Mt. Timpanogos and went hiking to some beautiful waterfalls!! It was beautiful and i felt adventurous! haha... I think we might look for some pretty local areas for tomorrow and just enjoy him having the day off and spending time with each other :)

so Paul keep is actually in this picture at the top of the bottom waterfall if you look closely u can see him climbing.. He followed Spencer up there. Mary beth Tori and I got tired of waiting for them and started hiking up and we saw Spencer and he says, "Oh! hey paul!" and of course Paul keep had climbed all the way down to climb back up to meet us when he couldve stayed where he was and we would have walked to them haha.. it gets better, so!: he runs to us, up the trail to meet us. But get this... he was running the wrong way- had to turn around run back then go up this steep trail to find us... he was red sweaty and not very happy about that lol!! he got over it, after we laughed! haha

So the Ohio/Maryland vacay adventures was amazing! WE had so much fun! Fireworks at the Indians game then at some rich guys house having to leave early because they were exploding pretty much right at us! haha.. going to the zoo-ish hhaha! that was a wonderful LONG day! but fun and eventful like always when it comes to my family. Barbeque's, reunions, cook outs, fire pits, s'mores, friends,cousins, Mexican food, home made food, game night, long chats, funny movies. Family videos, swimming pool, lake Erie, ocean city!! man we had a blast! It's been crazy being back you never realize how much things change until you go back visit family then come back to real life, the life that me and Paul keep started together. I miss being around everyone but so far.. Paul keep has been workin everyday me not so much they just aren't busy enough. We are ready for our fall semester classes. Finally, we have all the books combined for us it ended up to be $400 insane..It was realy our math books that made it jump so high we were doing good but then PAul keep's math book alone was $200! We got approved for residency! woohoo!! soo.. tuition is only 2,000!! so yay!! and our grants cover it so, that is all too good! Paul Keep is getting ready to start writing for the paper again and will be distributing papers...we walk around campus found all our classes we found out paul keep will have to take the UVU shuttle for one of his classes it is ALLL the way across the campus too far to walk or ride a bike turns out its like the only building NOT connected to the school haha.. ANyways here are some pics from our trip! For pictures check out our facebook! Surprisingly, we didn't take very much which is disappointing! but thats ok it was a good time! and i did video tape quite a bit!

So we had our first Betos experience. It is this authentic Mexican fast food.. we thought we would NEVER go .. it sounds just gross.. our friends jake n cody were like lets go to betos... so we did.. and it was soo delicious i absolutely loved it.. its not the fast food u think of when u think fast food its authentic just with out the waiter n its 24/7 they have Mexican breakfast yum! Needless to say we enjoyed it!

A beautiful 90 degree weather day we and two of our friends jake and cody went out with our other friends raft haha off to the beautiful lake... jake made some make shift paddles dont ask me how he does that i swear he can make anything out of anything! it was a gorgeous day so relaxin and we had yummy sandwiches ... so delicsh... first us girls went out just the two of us and paddled and relaxed then the boys went out and couldnt figure out how to paddle!!! lol they eventually figured out after awhile then we took the bold move and all jumped into the raft... it wasnt too snug but definately snug.. it was a great day!! then we are off to go biking tonight!!! yay!! and were borrowing selenas bike too !!

so the same day i noticed my bruise my ring was completely bent around the bottom.. it curved and there was a crack around the bottom of it.. so sad i took it off and no one would deal with it because it is custom made antique.. so we went to a gold smith...and they said because it is a vintige 1940s ring the gold just got thinner and lighter so it was about to bust! the diamonds look ok they just need to make it thicker.. gzzz... sooo that costed us a little bit of money! o well.. at least it didnt bust.. i took a picture with my phone but i dont know how to download pictures onto the computer from my phone..but i'll get it back in 2 weeks till then i am going to where a claiers ring around my finger! or maybe a wooden one borrowed from cody...

Man this has been a busy birthday weekend... Our friends Selena and cody also have birthdays in may.. so this month was full of parties going out to eat and camping and of course minute to win it challenges at paul keeps cook out birthday!....

IT was such a fun busy month!!

So on Selenas bday we all went to Pirate Island it was the coolest place i'e seen .. you get in and there are huge palm trees and a waterfall and the sounds of a jungle. All of the waiters and waitresses are dressed up like pirates! and the food is amazing! and there just so happened to be Karaoke!!! how fun is that?!? she turned 25!!

THEN Cody had her birthday 28! whoop whoop! and we all went camping in the canyon! so fun but COOOLLD!! we were so high up that it wasnt warm where we camped haha! not good... it was so much fun anyways.... then saturday we all went to Tucanos, since it was everyones birthday month we got a buy one get one free dinner for paul keep selena and cody ... so fun... so Tucanos is a crazy place the come around with meat and you say yes or no and the put it on ur "meat plate" all these different types of Polynesian meats and not to mention the absolutely amazing salad bar!! that is to die for !! that i think was my favorite part for sure!! We were so full!! it was the coolest place I've been too.

THEN that following monday!! we celebrated Paul Keeps Bday 22!!! whoop whoop!!! so fun.. we played the game where you took rubber bands and shot them at soda cans to try and knock them down in 30 seconds!! No one did it but Selena!! ahaha too funny... Then we did a watermelon eating contest...selena one that too!!! i was a very close second!! We also did a little bit of kick ball hotdogs on the grill potato salad and pasta salad so fun!! The park was beautiful and it was a beautiful day... we also tried to stack cookies on our heads and see who could do it first in 60 seconds... it was super easy pretty much was a tie..Then happy birthday then funfetti cake..It was soo fun! then the mosquitoes started to annoy so we went to our house and hung out and fun things... Paul keep got 2 pounds of cookie dough hahaa.. and a whiffle ball bat and balls and some weird stretchy whale slap thing ahah.. he loves it ...our friends know him well...

sooo ... so strange it snowed yesterday like crazy heavy wet blizardous snow in the am.. by the time I was out of work... it was melted and beautiful out side... i wore a scarf and winter coat to work lol... I AM SO CONFUSED... and today HOT... whats it gonna be like tomorrow!?!....

I am chaperoning for the regular ed high school students to go to an amusement park called Lagoon sooo exciting! and I get paid for it!! and paul keep is coming for free and we both get a free lunch!!! so fun!! wish us luck!!!

So paul keeps birthday is coming up sooo fun!.. we are gonna do some minute to win it challenges... He swears he will win all of them.. If you dont know its this fubn show where u have 60 seconds to complete tasks like land a ping pong ball on a peanut butter side up slice of bread standing 6 feet away. So! it should be fun we have a few games we are doing.. and we are oding it at the park and were gonna have a cook out!! .. he has been obsessing over the ad week magazine website and wants the subscription to the magazine im not sure how much it is but if anyone is out of ideas u can look into that.. Don't worry he never reads this lol...I have a couple presents and 2 suprises for his birthday! so exciting i can't reveal them yet! I will update you.. But so work is going good for both of uss loads easier with paul keep not in school .. we are both all registered for classes for this fall semester we have two classes together! so fun! We went to the look out point here in Utah it is this cliff on the canyon here that looks out over the whole city its beautiful! all the lights it looks like we are starring down out stars... then we set off some fireworks! YAY! haha.. but ok thats it..ill update you when there is more... ill try to take more pictures!

Easter was so strange this year It wan't familyfied or anything. We tried to make it as eastery as possible we went to a freinds house and did a cook out so that was fun. But we definately missed everyone!.. SO as we were waiting for plane tickets to go down they went up!! not by too much but still... THANK YOU TERESA! so we will be buying them ASAP... I can't sleep tonight for some reason.. It's my spring break and I am taking a test this week im starting school agian in the fall all signed up i just have to test into a math class blah! and tomorrow I am getting my license changed.. weird.. Ill be utahfied. I will also be oging to band practice soo fun! I am a drummer. Our friends for some reason are all very musically inclined and so they are teaching me how to play and we are covering some songs we know.. after learning 5 songs were gonna play at a show! haha how cool is that.. SO exciting!! I'll definitely post pics and if your lucky a video!

Capitol Reef National Park!

This was beautiful Capitol Reef National Park! We had so much fun SUPRISINGLY! The only reason why I say suprisingly is because I thought I hated camping. This was wonderful. The scenery was out of this world the camera didn't do any justice. It's neat to have the experience camping out here..On our way though was not enjoyable! We were driving south so you think itd be warmer. The only problem was we were going to drive up. 8,735 ft above sea level! I did not know that... I found out on the way as we noticed the railings on the sides of the high way were keeping us from going off into HUGE CLIFFS! And as we kept climbing there was a sign that read Danger ELK crossing!! AHHH!! I was so scared we would see an Elk LUCKILY we never did.. I think I would have died. But as if that sign didnt freak me out already all of a sudden we were in white out conditions.. not to mention it was sooo dark and so late! we were so tired not fun.. so far this does not sound like an ideal camping trip. When we finally got there at 11 at night we had an hour drive to our campsite it was literally in the middle of nowhere. IT was FREEEZING that night! I was so misearble I barely slept. I couldn't wait for it to be morning. I ate fruitfor breakfast and we all made some toast. The boys wanted to be incharge of cooking for some reason.. so they failed at making pancakes and only brought 2 eggs..haha so hmm maybe next time ill do it haha.. anyways then we went on a hike the red canyon trail. I couldn't believe my eyes it was so beautiful the veiw was amazing and you could see the capitol reef wrap around the whole camp. an then mountains with snow caps in the near distance. So beautiful! The hike was fun and it ended up being a beautiful day once we were walking through the canyon it got really hot it was nice to be warm. we ate lunch on a sandy little spot we found and hiked to it was neat. That night I figured out how to stay warm and it worked. We left and stopped to see ancient petroglyph's on the rock walls and Chimney rock on the way home. We made sure we drove home in the day light.

This was one of our favorite bands they were so much fun!!! they were called follow the earth they were so 70s and just awesome it was great!!! The two guys in the front were like insane into it but it was alright the guy on the end looked liek he just showed up and was just not into it hahah! it was so funny to see lol.. the drummer was amazing. So I still can't find my USB so sad!! I think we might have to buy a new one! So the other night we went to our friends Jake and Co co's and had soup night! I brought the bread that I made the other day I wish I could show u a picture! it was so pretty. I made just normal doe than let it rise like normal I cut it up into three pieces rolled them out dipped them in baking soda water then covered them in parmasean garlic and Italian seasoning.. so yummy I baked it for 20 min. then when it came out drizzled it with butter! Yum went great with the broccoli soup!

Paul Keep is doing awesome in school he's got straight A's whoop whoop! I signed up to help out an extra 2 hrs a day for the special olympics track team! so fun haha!

Tonight we are going to a show with are friends so fun! and I will take lots of pictures but can't guarantee they will get on the blog anytime soon! I think some local bands are playing it'll be fun! wahhoo...

So my rash is all cleared up! so I worked out today finally it felt good I am actually starting to enjoy jogging..so that is good news for my health. We have been saving money like crazy for july yay!

So i still haven't found my USB so sad! I haven't given up tho! BUT listen to this! So I was itchy on my tummy Saturday and then Sunday I had spots! I though it would just go away! but it definitely didn't! Monday I was so itchy I just couldn't bare it! and there were purple and red lines all over my stomach from where i scratched!!! ahhh!! haha o gosh what the heck is wrong with me something is always going on lol.. so I went to the Dermatologist on Tuesday and found out i had broken into hives!! so he gave me meds and a cream.. I'm all better now (as far as the itchy goes) but what the heck! We don't know what caused the break out but lets hope it doesn't happen again!

So i am trying to stir up all types of motivation to go jogging.. I've been doing good at working out I just need to do cardio! Jogging is like not for me ill walk forever but I just can NOT jog. It's so wonderful I stopped working for Bath And Body Works I loved it so much but I'm glad it's over with! So fun I feel normal again and so much more energy and time! I'm all signed up for next year at College! yay!! I have been dying to go back and now finally we can do it! Paul Keep is still doing great his mid terms are this week can you believe it! I swear time goes by fast. I don't know out USB went for our camera so I haven't been able to upload pictures, so sad. There is no school Friday so I'm feeling up to searching for it. I feel like things have been running so smoothly like life is going good and we're making it. It is still the strangest thing to be so far away, but it's really getting normal. It's loads of fun out here though. We have met some really fun people!! WE love our friends!

We are getting so pumped to come down in July can't wait! We are getting everything all ready and tryin to save up money! WOOHOO!! so much fun! YAY and then with my family to the beach so excited!! yay!!!

Well I promise I'll post some update pictures soon! I feel like last week was kinda wild with work and everything and I have just been outta the loop with blogging! Nothin goes on too much thats interesting haha so sometimes it makes it tricky to blog.

So I haven't updated in forever.. Sometimes I feel like our lives are a litttle too boring to write about hahah I'm fine with boring its just not to exciteing to read. We have fun together all the time... making stupid movies lol and takin weird pictures watchin movies and having ice cream parties...we've been hangin out with our friends a lot lately ... Out one friends have like every instrument u can imagine..the acoordian piano gutair base drums..cello... i mean u name it.. so we all were over there and we were playin music it was awesome we'll have to post it lol .. but what else...My 21st birthday was really fun we celebrated it two wks late hahah... but it all worked out.. .oh and I cut my hours at bath and body soo woo hoo not workin as much!!

But neways We went out to the Sparks lounge with my friends it was fun it was a fancy little place where u could get fancy drinks .. It snowed that night too. Oh and we got a new computer!!! whoop whoop ..the other one was just like humming and moaning when we used it it would heat up and then shut off.. (the laptop) so we have been saving and looking and we found one for an awesome deal!!! it came with a printer! how cool is that..and its a flat screen with no tower its all wireless and in the back and the coolest part its touch screen!! and it lasts longer than a lap top yay!!! soo we use his lap top when he goes to wrk and does school wrk on his brks or when he takes it to school.. we are sooo excited about that...

we hung out with tori and mb and spence and had delicious enchiladas...nummy nummy!! ahah... so fun...and painted toris room pink and green supperr cute!

the winters here are nothin but i still want summer to come.. and its just around the corner...i havent had to wear a jacket for the past two days... :) But I will put pictures sooon.. but for now just the update!!

Oh and sadly our bunny died... its ok because ya know I didnt realize they lived for like 10 yrs that wouldve been really long and thats not as manageable as a hamster is BUT he got an infection.. he was a runt and I guess runt bunnies are more prone to bunny infections soo he was fine one day then the next paul keep found him in the cage.. but all is well we miss him though he was so super cute.. and kept me company now that me and paul keep dont see eachother.. when i come home hes already gone and doesnt get hom till 8 or 9 depending on the day..but.. yeah well...

So cute so one of my students was selling bunnies to earn money and so she was so excited that i got one!! so fun.. Really cheap too!

It's been nice to have a bunny to keep me company while paul keep is gone a lot more independant than a hamster... But Alan the hamster is doin great!... HAHA it's just so random it makes me laugh... we introduced Alan to Ryan our bunnies name and they just loved eachother it was hard to take pictures because they kept movin but they were cleaning eachother and following eachother lol it was too funny..

I was nervous Ryan would eat Alan haha..

But we love our pets they are just too cute!!! and friendly!!!

SO we had an eventful break!!! it was fun!!!!! New years we went to our friends and played games and lit off fire works and everything!!! then new years day we went to the movies with my friend Amy she is also my boss She is the teacher in the room that I'm a para in. Super fun!! We also went with the Tolsons sledding down a mountain/ hill but it was more of a hill but Huge!! we went down these inner tubes it was so fun!!! we got to see everyone the whole fam was there!! it was great!!I thought i looked pretty in this picture

SO what a fun merry christmas it was!!! Thank you everyone for ur christmas cards gifts and money!!! its soo fun!!! We missed everyone so much it was nice to go to the woodalls for a distraction.. Can't wait to see evryone... Heres some updates and other things just about our lives...

EXCEPT for these nice restaurants... they told us who cares and that theyd put us in the back lol... We had the most romantic dinner ever!! it was a beautifull veiw over looking the city and i ate my turkey club deliciouso sandwhich while paul keep had a western ch. burger.. it was fun anything else on the menu was $24 or over lol

Well we love EVERYONE!! we are so excited about the Christmas season. I love the happiness it brings and the excitement in the Christmas spirit. I'm so sad it can't be with family but were are excited to spend it with the Woodalls in IDAHO! CRAZY.. It is an old family friend that we helped out recently when he didnt have a place to stay so they wanted to fly us down to visit them for Christmas.. :) It will be loads of fun... Everyones christmas cards should be arriving shortly.. and we had a freind who is an amazing photographer down herer take them for us..she has a studio that she works at and has a program to make christmas cards that was soo nice of her!

So im uploading some pics.. of me with curly hair and short since everyone wants to see it! and of our fun christmas stuff....

So tonight I am makin moms rolls to try them out I am sooo excited.. I have been feeling much better today.. ive been sick for 3 wks i think now.. but all is well!!

Nothing new going on really. We found out the janitor job pays $10.43 so we are really excited. Ruthie is going to keep her Bath and Body job, because she likes it so much. I like my job and enjoy the new found power that only a ring of keys can bring. We still like Ruthie's hair, or lack their of. We are saving a ton of money on shampoo and conditioner. This year we are going to celebrate thanksgiving with Marybeth and Spencer. We still miss everyone, and we Love you all!

Paul Keep went to a career workshop today and there is another one tomorrow.. It helps build your resume and other things.. It's resourceful and free!.. haha.. I quit motherhood maternity but still work at bath and body works and the school.. I was offered a job for sundance resorts.. related to sundance festival or something she said she was corporate something and would love to have my personality on her team haha.. so that was awesome.. whatevr that means.. but this friday I'm going to the doctors and will finally,hopefully diagnose me! get some testing done so we are super excited! Then I can have no more pain! woo hoo! and hopefully not so tired all the time haha! that'd be nice..

Sunday, we had a fiesta! it was a lot of fun I'll have to get some pictures.. and I have off school thursday friday! woo hoo! It's fall break how fun!

As far as updating us and our lives... Paul Keep will be going to UVU instead for this next year and I will begin in the fall because the out of state rate is ridiculous but in state is super super cheap! so excited!...but my job is aweosme and bath and body works is great ill be gettin more hours next month and Paul Keep's job application process has struck some luck. The guy in charge of all the alpine school district hiring positons (which is our area) happens to go to church with us! what a suprise hah! so he got him in! so the principal just needs to call us backa nd he'll be set working at a cafeteria in a junior high! how fun!... We got our car back yesterday!!!! how exciting and we are returning our mini van i forgot to post a picture of it but i'll do it! haha.. but yeah so life has definately thrown some curves but all and all is going well and things are definatley looking up... We always miss our family and we love everyone!

We enjoyed pictures of lilly and had so much fun visiting with the Volks and Reeves (my sisters and their families)

it's crazy still i feel like i don't get any sleep! i got to go visit my sisters and see leigh anns new baby!! how cute.. and visit with tori! fun fun!... but that was so much fun i want to see them agian friday or saturday!... but work is the same and paul keep probably has a good lead... there is still no update too much on the car... it's still expensive so we're waiting a little bit..But I found out there is this test I can take to prove my experience and my pay can go way up depending on how well i do the test.. if that were the case I'd only need the one job which would be awesome!!... But yes.. Life ahs been fun though... we get to do a lot out here.. there is a lot to do for free!.. so that's always fun!!... All my sisters have blogs now its exciting... i just need Chelsey to do it and we'll all be happy!... i want to see lilly!!! we miss her!

so these past two weeks have been busy my job is going great and i really enjoy the hours.. Bath and body works has been really fun.... paul keep is on the UVU rugby team...are car stopped working!... we started it and then it just shuts off after a few seconds... so we can't use it turns out its like a million dollars to fix.. so we were trying to figure out what to do and our neighboor had an extra car she said we could borrowit she goes to our church!!... a lovely mini van.. ill post a pic of our new ride tomorrow... but as for tonight ...we are going to relax im so tired!... i'll try to keep up with the blog better... but paul keep is still looking for work... i got another interview for TJ Max and turned it down and paul keep applied so hopefully it opened a spot haha!... But leigh ann my sister her baby was born like 2 days ago!! hes sooo cute mason cordell reeves...how cute what a handsome baby and a handsome name!!!

It was so much fun yesterday! We went out to eat to Outback Steak house YUMMY! and then we walked around the mall to settle our tummies... stopped and had some cold stone ice cream...Then out to a movie! We saw Harry Potter haha it was good... We wanted to see the Proposal but it wasn't playing later I think because it's been out for a while... But we had sucha blast! it was really just super fun and laughing so much... We tried to take a lot of pictures ...but yeah the food was delicious its gonna be our lunch today! It's our last day together and then I start work at bath and body... I got an interview for a school job also which is down the road so that'll be nice to work both! We love and miss everyone!

Today is OUR 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! how exciting and what a wonderful and eventful year it has been ...lots of growing and maturing and relationship growth i never saw possible!.... alot of family growth and freindships in the family :) ... I'm so excited that this year has passed and that we have so many more to come.. I feel liek our lives are really started and that this is it! We've grown up... IT'S WEIRD.. but wonderful... we've both had great parents and awesome siblings that we love... We appreciated the wonderful hellos and other recognitions of our anniversary to make our anniversary that much more special so thank you for your love and sweet gestures they are so appreciated :)

Well Bath and body works called today and I start saturday! so now I can have income!!! haha...so that'll be nice i found all the other teacher assistant jobs and mr/dd jobs that i did apply too so hopefully they will follow through soon because I could definately work both! for awhile... So the pln for me as far as school is i am going to go to UVU next fall they have this thing that if you aren't a resident u actually pay 3x the tuition! so next year it'll be only $2,000 to $3,000 so that'll be great full time and lots of summer school ! it'll be fun... but also My landlord came down and told me to use all her vegetables from the garden that we need and they also have grape vines and berries... and its crazy pumpkin for october so today we pulled some out.... she also gave us a bread machine!! how exciting home made bread with out all the work so she showed me how to use it..so i'll have to figure it out!

So me and Paul keep started a book club...we will be reading books and stuff then analyzing them for fun! we need good book recommendations we've read gathering blue and the messenger by lowis lowry easy reads... and we are reading a separate peace now by john knowles... we will be uploading some videos from the drive! so that'll be fun... we hung out with some new friends on sunday who are into film and film editing and will be making some short films and music videos with them aswell! how fun!!! we are enjoying are selves and we made bread the other day and a million pancakes and waffles to freeze..we are saving money so i haven't got to make any meal meals yet but they will come!.. And tonight we had milkshakes yum!!... We are getting so super excited about the school year coming up!!

My interview at bath and body works went well!... it was so much fun the manager was really funny and it was just like the most fun ive ever had at an interview... so its a part time sales associate...Thursday at three will be for a recreational therpaist position so that will be fun!! The position will just require me to have fun with the clients going to the mall playing sports or arts and crafts.. its should be fun!! they are adults... its only 20 hours a week.. but yes... Ohh we found this great park that we have been walking to its huge and a lot to do there and this really nice feild tons of pinic areas and campfire areas and two baseball fields two soccer fields and its so cool...we'll take pictures!!

This is our huge kitchen! We love to just cook cook cook! it's so much space a lot more to clean but worth it! Paul Keep is making us lunch :) He's so nice The dining room area is perfect there is really a lot of space! the lighting is really pretty!.. It's really nice here! I love the kitchen tile it's gorgeous and the carpet is sooo soft haha!

So we are all settled in officially I can't believe we are going on a second week of being here!.. I offered our home to hold some fun young adult activities comin up they were looking for a place big enough! how exciting is that! haha!... but yeah so we found an orem library that is absolutely the biggest library I've seen in my life besides the library of congress... We got library cards! so thats fun... It's so exciting there is so much to do here and it is all so close! the mall which were taking pictures of tonight or today is no lie 5 mins away! and there is other stuff 3 mins away... But so my job interview at bath and body works is at two so when i update with more pictures later i'll let you know how that goes!... Paul Keep is getting all his stuff ready for school we filed fafsa and he is looking for maybe some student employment also.. The school is so close! It's nice and has taking back sunday blink 182 are coming this week to perform there!! how cool is that...they are bands by the way haha... But yeah so nothing else is too new other than that.. the weather here is always beautiful and It doesn't get cloudy!... the mountains are gorgeous!

Well so we've been here for a week that's crazy! Time has been flyin by... We took a couple more pictures for the blog..
